Shipping & Returns Policy

At Patriot Peptides USA, we aim to make every order straightforward, secure, and reliable. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process orders, ship Research Use Only (RUO) products, and handle returns, replacements, and order-related issues.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, product availability issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Shipping Times

After an order has been processed, shipping times generally depend on the destination, shipping method selected, carrier, and other circumstances affecting transportation.

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Patriot Peptides USA is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Customs or regulatory delays
• Holidays or periods of unusually high shipping volume
• Events outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies and tracking information.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email after their order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has begun.

Patriot Peptides USA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building management, neighbors, and the carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact us and we will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the package and its contents may be requested to assist with a carrier claim or replacement request.

Returns

Research Materials and Returns

Because our products are Research Use Only materials and certain products may be sensitive to storage, handling, contamination, or environmental conditions after shipment, returns are generally not accepted once a product has been delivered.

We therefore encourage customers to carefully review product information, specifications, quantity, and shipping details before completing an order.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or materially different product, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product or quantity, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable
• Any relevant shipping or tracking information

After reviewing the circumstances, Patriot Peptides USA may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Product Quality Concerns

If you believe a product has a quality issue or does not correspond with the applicable product documentation, contact us before discarding or altering the product.

Please provide the order number, product name, lot or batch information where available, and a description of the concern.

We may request photographs, documentation, or other information needed to investigate the matter.

Where appropriate, we may review the issue against the applicable Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or other product documentation.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund results from an error attributable to Patriot Peptides USA or otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or other issue attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

If the order is returned to us, any refund or credit will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be reduced by applicable shipping or handling costs.

International Orders

Patriot Peptides USA may restrict shipping to certain countries, jurisdictions, or destinations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, possession, and use of any Research Use Only material is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Patriot Peptides USA does not guarantee that products can be legally imported into every country.

Any customs duties, taxes, fees, permits, or other charges imposed by a destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders when we reasonably believe that fulfilling an order could violate applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or our internal policies.
